Live Dealer Games on the Casino Floor
Resorts World Birmingham runs one of the larger live dealer areas you will see in a UK land-based casino. There are around 31 tables in total on the gaming floor, with American Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, 3 Card Poker and Craps all dealt live. Craps is worth picking out here: it is not rolled out at every Genting venue in the country, so if that is your main game, this casino is one of the relatively few spots where you can stand at a real table for it.
The casino is on the first floor of the Resorts World complex, Pendigo Way, Birmingham B40 1PU, next to the NEC and close to Birmingham Airport. Live tables generally start dealing from 13:00 every day. The full casino operation runs roughly 11:00 through to 05:00, seven days a week, so there is coverage through most of the day and night.
| Game | Format | Minimum Bet |
|---|---|---|
| American Roulette | Live dealer table | £5 |
| Blackjack | Live dealer table | £5 |
| Baccarat | Live dealer table | £5 |
| 3 Card Poker | Live dealer table | £5 |
| Craps | Live dealer table | £5 |
| Electronic Roulette | E-table (live-dealt) | 25p |
| Electronic Blackjack | E-table (live-dealt) | £1 |
Electronic terminals positioned around the floor mirror the same live-dealt rounds to individual player stations. In practice, this lets you buy in to a live dealer game without needing a spare chair at the physical table, which helps when the main layouts are full or close to it. Alongside this hybrid setup, there are more than 100 gaming machines running in the same room as the live tables.
There is also a dedicated high-rollers area, plus VIP private rooms inside the casino. Genting does not list the specific staking limits or booking rules for these rooms in public materials. If that side of things matters, it is best to call 0121 273 1100 and speak to the team directly.
Genting Live: The Online Stream from Resorts World
Genting Live is the online product that connects straight into the physical casino floor at Resorts World Birmingham. From the UK, remote players log in through gentingcasino.com and are then able to sit on the same roulette table as the people actually in Birmingham, with the same spins and dealer, in real time. The stream runs in HD, and dealers are the same professional staff that handle chips on-site.
The setup used here is Dual Play Roulette, installed at the venue by Evolution Gaming. There is a single physical wheel on the table, with both in-casino players and online players betting into it simultaneously. Everyone places bets in the same betting window, and one spin result pays out to every player on that table, no matter if they are at home or at Resorts World. Genting brands this particular stream as “Exclusive Roulette Live from Resorts World.”

Beyond roulette, Genting’s online platform also lists titles such as Genting Live Blackjack, Crockfords Live VIP Baccarat Squeeze, Monopoly Live and Dream Catcher. How to Access the Resorts World Stream Online
For UK players who have never used gentingcasino.com before, account creation tends to be straightforward, but there are a few steps that cannot be skipped.
- Go to gentingcasino.com and hit “JOIN” on the main page.
- Complete the registration form with your name, date of birth, full address and contact details.
- Upload valid photo ID so Genting can verify your identity. This is required under UKGC rules before any real-money play, so there is no option to bypass it.
- After the account is confirmed, log in and look at the promotions area. A 100% deposit match welcome offer up to £50 is mentioned for new members, but always check the current terms on-site as promotions do change.
- Make a deposit in GBP using one of the payment methods listed in your account section.
- From the main casino lobby, select the “Live Casino” category, then find “Genting Live”.
- Choose “Exclusive Roulette Live from Resorts World” to enter the Resorts World Birmingham stream.
One practical tip that applies to almost every online casino: have your ID documents and proof of address ready before you start signing up. Delays around verification are the most common reason players are left waiting to wager straight after depositing, and that delay can usually be avoided by preparing the documents before registering.
Players must be at least 18 and located in the UK to play. Verification is not optional - the account has to be fully checked and approved before access to any real-money games is switched on.
